Shipping Information 

After completing your purchase, you will receive your order number immediately via email. Once your order is processed, you will receive a second email the following day, confirming your delivery details.

For PAXI orders, we will request your nearest PEP location to ensure a smooth delivery process.

When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code based on your selected shipping method:

• Courier Guy: Input your tracking code at www.courierguy.co.za to track your order.
• PAXI: Input your PAXI tracking details at www.paxi.co.za to track your order.
